gisomount software package provides A utility for mounting and managing .iso images, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gisomount
gisomount is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gisomount package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gisomount *
You will get with gisomount package name, version, architecture and description in a table
